Freight Forwarder

Keenan Recruitment has been retained by a leading family run, worldwide logistics company, who offer a range of supply chain solutions across the globe. 

On our client's behalf we are recruiting in Newtownards for a Freight Forwarder to join their team!!

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and great attention to detail, to learn a new profession within the world of logistics. 

Desirable Criteria:

• Booking FCL (Full container loads)
• Booking LCL (Less than Container Loads)
• Handling and processing Documents, for import and Export shipments, this will include facilitating customs clearance procedures for FCL and LCL ensuring compliance is met with import tariffs and duties
• Follow SOP’s
• Track/Monitor Shipments daily and update our customers

Competitive starting salary of £25-35k offered, dependant on experience. Full training will be provided.
